Bonjour! Howdy! Hello!

In July 2024 I decided to take the leap and buy Craft Pâté! My training came from the master of pâté, Benoit (along with Anne, the founders of Craft Pâté), he taught me all his tips and tricks to make the perfect Parfaits, Terrines & Boudin Noir.

A little bit about myself, I am now 22 and a food lover! I’m originally from London but have called NZ my home for the past 10 years. I’ve done a fair bit of travelling, including to France the home of pâté (cheese, pastries and all things yummy)!

Always grateful for the support from my family, friends and customers… I can’t wait to see what the future holds!
