benoit & Anne

Benoit is passionate about food. Like every true Frenchman he sometimes find himself talking about food he is having, about food he once had or about food he will have.  After 3 years living and loving New Zealand he started to miss some of the authentic flavours that he grew up with back in France. Coming from Bordeaux he has always been surrounded with very traditional and good quality products. The region is not only known for its wine but also for high quality Pâté, Terrines and Confits. 

With a background in pastry he decided its time to try something new and introduce ‘Kiwis’ to traditional French Pâté .

Anne looks after everything in the background and supports where needed and possible. She is Benoits partner in business and life and always comes up with silly ideas and does the talking most of the times. Having lived in Switzerland for a long time she is in love with cheese and chocolate.
